SAFETY SYSTEMS
We develop and manage safety systems in the form of paper-based safety files to full digital safety management systems integrated with QR Codes and online registers & checklists. Our systems are designed to make safety simple for all employees to support.
AUDITING
OHSS audits businesses, education institutions, contractors as well as service providers. If you need a compliance certificate or a GAP Analysis for your organisation, we start by creating your Legal Register and then Auditing you for Compliance.

What we do

If you dont have a safety system or safety file, we start by designing an OHS legal register that assists you in understanding what you need in terms of the law.

If you have your own safety system or safety file, the next step is to identify what documents, training and systems need to be developed to comply with the law. (Choose from a paper-based or Digital System)

We Create or Develop what is needed, or missing from your current OHS management system, ensuring you have a fully compliant safety system.

Training is the next step, from upper management to all employees.
Everyone needs to be trainined on what the system is, how they fit into it, and what must be done to keep compliant. From First Aid to Firefighting to Working at Heights.

After you have run the system and completed the training, an audit process now takes place to determine where gaps exist. If you reach compliance, we issue you with an OHS Compliance Certificate.

Conitinuous Risk Management is the final step. This implementation is in the form of P.D.C.A*, in order to continually improve the system!
